Leaderboard.trade (the “Site”) is a non-custodial web interface for trading perpetual futures that execute on the GMTrade (gmsol) protocol, a set of audited smart contracts on the Solana blockchain. We are an interface only. We do not operate the underlying protocol, take custody of your assets, hold your private keys, or act as a broker, exchange, or counterparty to any trade.
You connect a self-custodied wallet and you alone authorize every transaction by signing it. We never have access to your keys or funds and can neither move your assets nor reverse, cancel, or recover a transaction once you have signed and submitted it.
The Site adds an application fee of 10 basis points (0.10%) on the notional size of each trade, disclosed in the order preview before you sign. Protocol fees, funding, borrowing, and price impact are determined by the GMTrade protocol, not by us.
Eligibility for the leaderboard and any rewards is determined solely by on-chain, fee-paid trading activity through the Site. Linking an X account is optional and is used only for social features; it is never a condition of eligibility or of any payout. Where a rewards epoch is offered: rankings are based on realized trading performance (profit and loss) over the epoch among eligible activity; payouts follow a published rank-based schedule; only positive performance receives payouts; and eligibility is subject to minimum-activity and anti-abuse criteria. Amounts not allocated in an epoch may roll into future epochs. Rewards are distributed by on-chain smart contracts, claims are executed by you from your own wallet, and the program's parameters (including whether any epoch is offered at all) may change or end at any time at our discretion.
Trading leveraged perpetual futures is extremely risky and can result in the total loss of your collateral, including via liquidation. Prices are volatile, oracles and keepers may behave unexpectedly, and smart contracts may contain bugs. Estimated values shown on the Site (including liquidation price and unrealized PnL) are indicative only and are not guarantees. Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You trade at your own risk.
You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that your use of the Site and of perpetual futures is lawful where you live. The Site is not offered to persons in jurisdictions where such products or this interface are prohibited, nor to any person subject to applicable sanctions. You are responsible for your own compliance and taxes.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, or data arising from your use of the Site, the underlying protocol, the blockchain, or any third-party service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
